As Gordon says you will need a scanner.
If you don’t have one then you can take them to a friend that has one. Get them to scan your photos and save them into a folder that they can load onto a jump drive or a cd that you will be able to carry home and load onto your computer.
As with any photo, scan at low dpi (72) when preparing for email, save as jpeg at a size to not to exceed 5″ wide. Try to keep file size to about 10-15k and your email pics will go fast and be easy to open by anyone. Large files are somewhat unfair, especially to those on modems…not everyone has cable or dsl. happy new year.
