Hi. I stumbled across this blog and I think it’s really cool. But I had one question.
At the end, you said that Polaroid is launching a new design for an instant camera. But as far as I’ve seen, they’ve only re-released 300 film. Would this new film work in an old instant Polaroid that requires 600 film? It’s a bit of a long-shot, but I’m just curious.
    Thanks!

I really really hope they bring it back. I’ve been looking for affordable film for years, and it’s such a shame that I haven’t been able to use my polaroid camera for such a long time.

    Hello!
I recently acquired a Polaroid 203 Mini PassPort. I’m excited to shoot with it because it’s a nice break from this dang 7D craze. I found a manual for it…but doesn’t say what type of film it takes. Any help would be great! Thank you.

I recently got a Polaroid Impulse from Goodwill for $2. Little did i realize that film for this thing would cost me at 50 times more that the camera itself! I really hope they continue to make 600 film again.

Hey people, the best place for Polaroid film I’ve found. They have 600, SX-70 and a whole mess of others. They are sort of experimental, and may take a little to get use to shooting with. I wasted a pack trying to learn, but I’m 3 or 4 shots into my second set and they’re wonderful. The colors are great. It’s not “cheap” but it’s available. I think its around 25 bucks for one pack and of course you get discounts when you buy in bulk. Keep instant photography alive!

  35. collette 11 June 2011 at 21:47 #

hey heather! Contact me please, im very interested in your film.

  36. Sarah 13 June 2011 at 01:23 #

Hi all, i have a few packs of polaroid 600 film for sale, i am located in NZ but willing to post overseas at buyers cost. The film is expired but still works fine.

  37. Jeff 18 June 2011 at 17:39 #

Well, I have a lot of Polaroid 600 film. I see all of the bad reviews of the film on Amazon. Well, they don’t disclose the expiration date. I have film from the last manufacturing run. The expiration is 10/09. It is on the side of the box. The only type of film they made on the last run were single boxes of 10, so when you see something else, you know it’s old. This film will last dozens of months if stored properly. I have sold dozens of boxes and the only complaints I received were a couple from people who were not loading it properly. I sell it, right now, for $55 a box plus a few bucks for first class shipping in the U.S. And I know it is good. My email is if you want some. I have a paypal account linked to the same address. I get $60 for this on eBay, but I have to b/c of the eBay fees. – Jeff
