Question on old Polaroid flms that have been left in the camera?

What I understand is Polaroid camera uses power from the battery that comes in the same pack of film.
I have left a pack of film in the camera. For one year without using it, I found out that there is no power left, however there are still some film left in there. Is there a way I can still use those films? They cost almost a dollar each.

Does the polaroid camera spectra have a separate charger for it although it is charged by the film?

since all the films i can find has expired in 2005-2008 im very worried about the battery quality wihtin the film because without it, it will not work. Is there such a thing as a separate charger for this type of Polaroid camera? if so, what is it called and where can if ind it?
